I am Sebastian, a founder based in London. I build FourthSpace, where we use data and AI to understand how people actually move through and use the spaces around them, and turn that into something cities and operators can act on.

I co-founded RISE Hub to push for startup tax incentives in Romania, because better rules build better companies.

I tend to work quietly. I would rather ship something precise and useful than talk about it, and I write occasionally about cities, software, and the work of building both.
